Participant Registration Guide

Before filling out the form, please read and follow this guide carefully to ensure a smooth registration process:

1. Download the Excel Template

2. Fill in Participant Data in Excel

3. Upload KTP, Relas, and SK Pegawai Files

Upload these files to your Google Drive.
Right-click on the uploaded file and select “Get link.”
Change the access setting to “Anyone with the link can view.”
Copy the link and paste it into the appropriate column in the Excel file.

💡 Make sure all links are accessible so the committee can verify your documents.

The Treasury Certification Preparatory Training will be conducted only if the number of registered participants meets the minimum required quota. Once this requirement is fulfilled, we will send the Confirmation Letter of Participation via email to the Bank’s PIC. Full payment of the Treasury Certification Preparatory Training fee for Levels 5, 6, and 7 must be received by APUVINDO no later than 7 calendar days after the invoice is issued.
