As stated above, the “Statement of Commitment to the Market Code of Ethics” represents the Market Participant’s commitment to upholding the Market Code of Ethics. Market Participants may submit this statement of commitment—based on the results of their internal self-assessment—to Bank Indonesia for public disclosure. This statement reflects the institution’s commitment to consistently implementing the Market Code of Conduct in treasury activities.
